He is therefore obliged to help you pay back your loan if you fail to do so.For the bank to accept your guarantor, he must be a member of your close family (usually your parent), have a permanent job in France and not be in excessive debt. The bank will ask your guarantor for: their last 3 bank statements, their ID, proof of address, their family record book, their last tax assessment and proof of savings.
The Smarto guarantee replaces your guarantor, and simplifies your access to a loan. No more paperwork and difficulties, in a few clicks you become the ideal borrower for the bank!

A loan is binding and must be repaid. If you cannot pay back your loan, it is important that you contact us to explain your situation and that we find a solution together. If no solution is found, a debt collection service will take over. This is a legal procedure that can involve bailiffs to seize the money. You will then be banned from banking and will no longer have access to many banking services.
